Authorization:

I authorize Expert Screen Repair to perform any necessary diagnostics or repairs on my device. I understand that Expert Screen Repair is not liable for any loss of profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur during or after the repair process. Additionally, I release Expert Screen Repair from any responsibility for data loss or component failures that may occur during repair, testing, or at any other time.

Repair Process:
​
Some parts may need to be ordered prior to completing the repair. Please confirm part availability with us before finalizing your booking. Once your booking is received, we will contact you promptly to confirm the repair details. Most replacement parts can be received overnight or within 1–3 business days. Same-day repairs are available by appointment during regular business hours.

Travel Service:
​
Have a busy schedule? Take advantage of our mobile repair service. We can travel to your location and perform the repair on-site. This service is subject to approval based on your location and technician availability. Please contact us before booking if you have any questions.
Note: A one-time travel fee is applied and is valid for a single visit. Once your repair and travel service bookings are confirmed, we will coordinate to come to your location and complete the repair.

Warranty Disclosure:
​
All screen repairs include a 6-month performance warranty at no additional cost. Battery and charging port repairs come with a 60-day performance warranty, also at no additional cost. This warranty covers defective replacement parts installed by us. It does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, physical damage, or liquid exposure. Having issues? Contact us as soon as you can.

Cancellation Policy:
​
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your repair appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule and better serve all clients. No-shows or missed appointments may result in a non-refundable travel fee, if applicable. It may take up to 7 business days for a refund to be fully processed.​​
